Perform the current months task and get rewarded for taking the time with your horse. Please let Travis know when you want to perform the task in front of him. Aug 2009 Task: With last month not a physically active task this month will be the opposite. To improve your trots, and helping your horse maintain gait, you will need to ride your horse at a trot for as long as you wish with a 5 minute minimum and 20 minute maximum. Your horse can break gait for no more than 5 seconds at a time but you must maintain the movement of trotting. For each minute you are riding the trot you can take 50 cents off of board or $1 off of a lesson.
July 2009 Task: Couch pototoes may like this task but sometimes the simple
tasks are very hard to follow. By teaching you to be observant of horses and their nature this months
task will teach patience and allow you to think scientifically at what goes on during the day with your horses
point of view. Complete this task out in the pasture with your horse free to go where he or she wants. Provide your
answers to Andersen Acres via July Task Form and get $5 off of board or $10 off a lesson.
June 2009 Task: Encouraging you so you don't even hesitate in getting off your horse and to help you get more confident with your horse while at the same time teaching your horse patience, this months task will also strengthen your legs. Complete this task out in the open and get $5 off of board or $10 off a lesson. $3 off board if you complete this task in a round pen or inside the arena.
 May 2009 Task: This months task may make you groan but after completing it you and your horse will have confidence to ride out in the open. It is like a wax on wax off task that will create a lasting impact for you and your horse. Complete this task and get $20 off of board or a free one hour lesson. If you can only complete half of it get $5 off of board or $10 off a lesson.

 March 2009 Task: Since this is the first task and only a couple of weeks left in the month we'll make it simple. A leadership while maintaining gait task. Show this task either live or via video by the end of the month and get $4 off of Aprils boarding. And yes grain will be in the bowl :)
