• Additional Charges if applicable or requested
  • Hay beyond 30lbs a day = Cost per lb.
  • Handling fee (non emergencies) = $15 per 15 minute increments
  • Daily Picture: A candid picture taken of your horse 3 days a week and texted to you so that you can at least see your horse several times a week in case your schedule doesn't allow you to come out that often.
    • monthly = $30.00
    • weekly = $10.00

Barn Rules:

1. NO SMOKING! Anywhere on the property.
2. Facility is open for use from 8 am till 10 pm 7 days a week. Special events may limit use to certain areas.
3. Play Fair with your horse and to others.
   1. As a courtesy to others. Please do not do Liberty (horse offline) exercises unless you divide the arena in half with the rope barrier or you have permision from others.
   2. If you have multiple horses and want each of them in the arena with you at the same time please tie your one horse up with the provided tie rings in the arena while you are interacting with the other one ie. one horse per person at a time
4. Put Things Back the way you found them.
5. Clean Up Your Own Mess and after your horse.
6. Don't Take Things That Aren't Yours.  This includes tack, training sticks, bowls, and buckets.
7. Say Your Sorry When You Hurt Somebody.
8. Please park you vehicle and exercise or graze your horses in approved areas. See attached for areas that are off limits. AAcresOffLimits.jpg When soil conditions are muddy only gravel areas are allowed.
9. Do not feed hay or water your horse in the arena unless you are doing it for training or a medical situation.
10. Use the bathroom in the house to relieve your self (now if we can get the horses to use it).
11. Talk to us if you have a concern or suggestion.  If we don't know about it we can't help.  We want your and your horse's stay an enjoyable and safe one.
